In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

by Israeli Occupation Regime Forceshttp://english.wafa.ps/, https://english.palinfo.com/, https://imemc.org/, https://paltoday.ps/ar/ *** *** "Two Lives, One Tragedy: Gaza 4-year-old twins killed amid ongoing strikes GAZA, April 24, 2025 (WAFA) – An Israeli genocidal airstrike on Al-Tuffa'h neighborhood, east of Gaza City, where Abu Saif family was living after having been displaced from their own house, claimed the lives of his 4-year-old twins. With kisses on the forehead, tender touches on the cheek, and endless tears, the Abu Saif family bid farewell to their twin daughters, Siba and Sana, who were brutally killed by the Israeli occupation forces shelling targeting their house in Al-Tuffa'h neighborhood east of Gaza City, as part of the ongoing Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip. On one of the nights of genocide against the people of Gaza, Israeli fighter jets continued to carry out intensive airstrikes on different areas across the Strip, killing more Palestinian citizens, mostly children and women, with nearly hundreds of reported injuries. On Wednesday night, Saba and Sana were preparing for bed, unaware that their pillows would be the last to embrace their little cheeks. The bloody bombardment didn't give them time to escape or even scream, as the Israeli warplanes directly targeted their home, collapsing on top of the family. Immediately after the bombing, ambulances and civil defense crews rushed to the targeted house. All the injured were transferred to Al-Shifa Hospital, west of Gaza City, where silence fell, transforming the place into a silent funeral before the two girls were pronounced dead and their parents injured. In the morning, dozens of relatives and neighborhood residents flocked to the hospital, some in shock, others speechless, as the two young bodies were wrapped in white blankets before being bid farewell and kissed. Ironically, Saba and Sana appeared wearing the same clothes before their shrouds, held in the arms of their relatives, but they had already passed away. One of the girls' relatives, who was with the family in the house at the time of the bombing, told the Turkish Anadolu Agency, "The bombing happened around 1:00 a.m. I heard the little girl screaming, 'Help me, Dad! Up above me!' But she was later killed." She continued, "They targeted our home. We had no militants or weapons. We were just sleeping. What did these people do? Did they carry weapons?" During the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, more than 18,000 children have been killed, with nearly 117,248 reported injured. Emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to target ambulance and civil defense crews, according to the health authorities. Y.S. *** Palestinian doctor devastated at receiving his parents among the victims of Israeli bombing Thursday 24-April-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Dr. A'hmed Al-Najjar was devastated when he witnessed the most horrible scene during his work time. As Al-Najjar was preparing to receive injured people at dawn Thursday after receiving a signal that a house had been bombed in the southern Gaza Strip city of Khan Younus, he received a phone call informing him that the said bombing had targeted his family’s home. Cameras captured the moment ambulances arrived at the hospital, where the doctor opened one of the doors to find the bodies of the victims inside. The distraught doctor spotted two bodies lying on a stretcher covered in blood, so he approached with trembling steps and lifted the cover on the face of one of the victims, only to be surprised that the body belonged to his father. He then removed the cover from the other body, only to realize that it was his mother. Both his parents had been martyred in the Israeli shelling that targeted their home. The doctor froze for a few moments, before collapsing in tears, not believing what he saw, as his colleagues in the medical staff rushed to console him and embrace him. The tragedy did not claim only the lives of his parents. Among the victims was the body of a young girl whose head appeared to have been cut off. The incident is not new to Gaza, as many paramedics and civil defense workers have faced similarly difficult moments during the ongoing Israeli genocide. The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the toll of the Israeli genocide has risen to 51,355 martyrs and 117,248 injured since October 7, 2023. *** Gaza Strip entered fifth stage of malnutrition due to lack of food and tight blockade, says official GAZA, April 24, 2025 (WAFA) – Dr. Khaleel Al-Diqran, the medical director of Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, said that the Gaza Strip has entered Stage 5 of malnutrition, the most severe according to the World Health Organization's classification, due to the tight blockade imposed by the Israeli occupation. He added in a statement to Voice of Palestine that Gaza's children are experiencing the most severe stages of malnutrition due to the lack of food and infant formula, which threatens their lives. Al-Diqran further emphasized that approximately 200,000 patients with chronic diseases are at risk of death due to the depletion of their medications. Y.S. *** Al-Aqsa Voice Radio mourns martyr journalist Sa'eed Abu 'Hasanain Thursday 24-April-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Al-Aqsa Voice Radio mourned on Wednesday its journalist Sa'eed Abu 'Hasanain, who was killed by an Israeli genocidal air strike that targeted Al-Beya Street area in Dair El-Bala'h city, in central Gaza Strip. The bombing also claimed the life of Abu 'Hasanain’s wife, Asma, and his daughter, Sara. In its obituary statement, the station noted that the martyr had dedicated nearly 20 years to media work, contributing significantly in the fields of audio engineering and radio mixing. The statement condemned the ongoing Israeli targeting of Palestinian journalists, stressing that it is aimed at suppressing the truth and silencing the Palestinian narrative, adding that such efforts would not succeed in breaking the will of the Palestinian people or silencing their free voice. The radio station reaffirmed its commitment to the legacy of the martyr and his fellow journalists who sacrificed their lives for truth and justice, pledging to continue its media mission in support of the Palestinian cause despite all challenges. *** UN spokesperson says 'food applies in Gaza are dangerously low' NEW YORK, April 24, 2025 (WAFA) – UN spokesman Stéphane Dujarric said last night that te UN humanitarian aid operations in Gaza can only be conducted in accordance with the principles of humanity, neutrality, and independence. He was responding to a question about reports that Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz had stated at a meeting of the Security Cabinet on Tuesday that aid in Gaza would be distributed by the military or American companies. He added, "UN humanitarian operations in Gaza or anywhere else in the world can only be conducted in accordance with the principles of humanity, neutrality, and independence." He noted that food supplies are "dangerously low" throughout Gaza, and that cases of malnutrition are rapidly increasing. Dujarric emphasized that living conditions throughout Gaza are "appalling." He said that 75 percent of the population is exposed to open sewage and waste, causing extremely serious health problems. Dujarric called on influential member states to take the necessary measures to ensure that humanitarian aid can once again reach Gaza and be distributed to those in need. K.T. *** ICC Confirms: Netanyahu and Gallant are wanted for arrest Friday 25-April-2025 THE HAGUE, (PIC) The International Criminal Court (ICC) announced on Thursday its rejection of Israel’s request to suspend the execution of arrest warrants issued against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former army minister Yoav Gallant, affirming that legal proceedings will continue without change. In a press statement, the Court declared: “We reject Israel’s request to suspend the execution of the arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant, as well as any subsequent legal measures.” The Court emphasized that “Israel’s acceptance of the Court’s jurisdiction is not a prerequisite for continuing investigations.” The statement added that “investigations indicate that Netanyahu and Gallant oversaw attacks targeting the civilian population and used starvation as a method of warfare.” Other charges include murder, persecution, and the commission of inhumane acts. It confirmed that “publishing the arrest warrants is part of transparency and serves the interests of the victims,” adding that judicial proceedings would continue under the Rome Statute. On 21 November 2024, the Court issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant on charges of crimes against humanity and war crimes committed against Palestinians in Gaza. Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces continued their campaign of killing, destruction, and blockade against the Gaza Strip for the 38th consecutive day, amid Arab and international silence and unwavering US support, both militarily and politically. The death toll reached at least 1,928 with over 5,055 others wounded, according to medical sources. Emergency teams are attempting to recover victims still trapped beneath the rubble. In media statements on Thursday, Al-Bursh said that over 50,000 pregnant and breastfeeding women are now deprived of essential medical follow-up, as the remaining hospitals are only able to treat emergency cases due to the critical shortage of medical supplies. He stressed that Gaza is facing a catastrophic situation as medical supplies are cut off and essential medicines have run out amid a siege that has now persisted for more than two months. Al-Bursh added that the Israeli occupation deliberately targets women and children by directly bombing displacement tents. The number of child casualties has reached 17,954, while 12,365 women have also been killed. He further noted that 22,000 patients require urgent treatment abroad, including 13,000 in critical need of immediate evacuation. The Israeli military resumed its intense assault and blockade on Gaza at dawn on 18 March 2025, following a two-month ceasefire agreement that began on 19 January. However, Israel repeatedly violated the terms of the ceasefire. According to our correspondent, he was struck in the chest in Al-Masakin Al-Sha‘biyya neighborhood. The IOFs continued to raid Nablus on a near-daily basis, routinely opening fire on civilians, erecting flying checkpoints, and restricting residents’ movement. In a separate incident, a child sustained bruises after being assaulted by the IOF troops in Bethlehem, in the south of the West Bank. Clashes broke out between local youth and Israeli forces after a special undercover unit, known as “Musta‘ribeen,” stormed Al-Duhaisha refugee camp south of Bethlehem. Several young men were arrested during the raid, which triggered confrontations. Sources confirmed that a large Israeli military force, accompanied by the special unit, invaded the camp and took position at its main entrance along the Jerusalem-al-Khaleel road, spreading out in the surrounding area. WAFA correspondent reported that the occupation forces launched a large-scale campaign of raids and house raids last night and early Thursday morning, targeting various areas of the city and its suburbs, accompanied by heavy firing of live ammunition and sound bombs. She noted that the occupation forces raided the eastern neighborhood near the Abu Safiya junction, the northern neighborhood near the Younus roundabout, the employee housing in the Iktaba suburb, the entrance to the Dthinnaba suburb, and the Rabaya' neighborhood on the outskirts of Toulkarm refugee camp, amid a heavy deployment of occupation soldiers around the targeted homes and buildings. The occupation forces continue their siege of Nour Shams camp, deploying infantry units around it and within its neighborhoods, amidst the firing of live ammunition and sound bombs. Meanwhile, residents of Jabal Al-Nasr and Jabal Al-Sali'heen are being forcibly displaced after occupation soldiers forced them to evacuate their homes at gunpoint. Toulkarm refugee camp is also witnessing a heavy deployment of occupation soldiers, who have wreaked havoc and destruction on the property of its residents after expelling them, rendering the camp lifeless. Its entrances are sealed off with earth mounds and some sections of its neighborhoods with barbed wire. At the same time, the city of Toulkarm is seeing a daily escalation in incursions and raids on its neighborhoods and markets. These raids include the deployment of foot and mobile vehicles, amid provocative and arbitrary measures against citizens, especially young men, including detention, abuse, and the confiscation of their ID cards and mobile phones. In many cases, these individuals are subjected to detentions. The occupation forces also continue to seize homes and residential buildings on Nablus Street and the adjacent northern neighborhood, converting them into military barracks after forcibly evacuating their residents. K.T. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Illegal Israeli settlers defile Al-Aqsa Mosque under heavy police guard Thursday 24-April-2025 Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) Dozens of the illegal Israeli settlers stormed on Thursday morning the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque from Al-Maghariba Gate, under police protection, as part of the ongoing policy of escalation and violations against Islamic holy sites in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). Jerusalemite sources reported that groups of settlers desecrated the holy site and carried out provocative tours inside its courtyards, performing Talmudic rituals very loudly to the extent that their voices were heard from far corridors of the Mosque. The sources added that the incursion came amid tight restrictions on the entry of Muslim worshipers, including checking and holding the identity cards of some of them at the gates of the Mosque and in the Old City of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). Palestinian calls continued, especially from Hamas Movement, for mobilizing and confronting settler incursions and the Israeli Judaization plans aimed at demolishing the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and replacing it by the alleged Temple. *** Illegal Israeli settlers block dirt road in northern Jordan Valley JORDAN VALLEY, April 24, 2025 (WAFA)- A group of the illegal Israeli settlers Thursday blocked a dirt road located to the west of the Bardala village in the northern Jordan Valley, according to local sources. They said that Israeli colonists sealed off a vital dirt road linking Bardala to the Qa’oun plain, effectively denying scores of farmers access to their agricultural land, estimated at hundreds of dunums. On Wednesday night, armed colonists attacked Palestinians on the western outskirts of the village and vandalized their properties. The villagers attempted to fend off the attack, but the colonists responded with live gunfire, injuring seven villagers. The village has become the target of attacks by armed colonists for months, with the assailants enjoying the protection of the Israeli army. Located 13.5 km northeast of Tubas city in the northern Jordan Valley, Bardala has a built-up area of 478 dunams and is bordered by Ibziq village to the west, Ein al-Baida to the east, Qa’oun and Beesan plains, along with the Green Line (the 1949 Armistice Line) to the north, and Kurdala and Jabaris villages to the south. The village has a population of approximately 3,000 residents, with women comprising around 48% and men 52% of the total population. Colonists’ violence against Palestinians and their property is routine in the West Bank and is rarely prosecuted by Israeli authorities. Colonists’ violence includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, and attacks on vulnerable homes, among others. Approximately 1 million of the illegal Israeli settlers are living in colonies in the West Bank and Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) in violation of international law.
